Astra Property started its business in 2013 as a Division of Property of Astra International Tbk, before it separated into its own legal entity and launched as the 7th business pillar in 2016. As of December 2017, ASTRA Property has formed five subsidiaries, associated company and joint controlled entity spanning in property development, management and investment segments.

As of December 2017, ASTRA Property had created portfolio including International Grade A Office Tower with Green Mark Platinum standard by Building & Construction Authority of Singapore, exclusive & premium high rise apartment, and a vibrant lake township with integrated facilities & property management services which emphasize in the operational & service excellences.

Hongkong Land is a listed leading property investment, management and development group. The Group owns and manages almost 800,000 sq. m. of prime office and luxury retail property in key Asian cities, principally in Hong Kong and Singapore. Its Hong Kong Central portfolio represents some 450,000 sq. m. of prime property.
